DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI
Arrive at Nairobi airport where the guide will have a big paper with your name on it on the arrival terminal. Drive to the hotel, check in, relax and your guide will help you to orientate yourself on places to visit within Nairobi. You will be staying at the Tamarind Tree Hotel on bed and breakfast.

DAY 2& 3: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
The following morning, you will wake up to an early morning breakfast followed by a transfer to Wilson airport to catch your flight to Amboseli National Park where you interact with the huge elephant family herds. You will spend three days exploring the park set at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro. The Park is an open ecosystem boasting huge herds of elephants, zebras, buffaloes, hyenas, lions, giraffes, gazelles and numerous bird species not to forget the magnificent Mt. Kilimanjaro which offers a scenic background for photographers. Here you will indulge in mostly morning and late afternoon game drives as this is when you get action of the elephants getting into and leaving the swamps and crossing the park roads from or to where they call home.

Ol Tukai Lodge-located inside the park- is one of the best spots in the world to watch elephant with the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. DAY 4,5 & 6: EXPLORE MAASAI MARA
On the 5th day, you will wake up to an early morning breakfast after which you will check out and drive to Amboseli airstrip for a scheduled flight to Nairobi where you will board an interconnecting flight to Masai Mara. Enjoy four relaxed days in Masai Mara with morning and evening shared game drives. While at the Maasai Mara you will get a chance to explore the Mara which involves visiting various river crossing points to witness and capture the wildebeests crossing the great Mara River in numbers along with predator prey action. Explore the vast tree studded reserve in search wildlife. Some of the famous wild animals in the park you are likely to encounter include: lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, cheetah, many kinds of birds, antelopes and elephants.
Also, one of the fine mornings you may take an optional early morning balloon ride over the Mara plains that will be crowned with a champagne bush breakfast. Also, you may have an optional one-hour visit to the Masai village for cultural encounter and souvenir shopping.

DAY 7: DEPART MAASAI MARA TO NAIROBI
Being the final day of your safari, you will have a relaxed morning after which you will be dropped off at the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. You may opt of souvenir shopping in Karen, farewell lunch at Talisman hotel (own cost) after which you will be dropped off at your hotel, airport or location of your choice within.
This marks the end of the tour.
